Students, postdoctoral trainees, and faculty present scientific papers from the current literature dealing with biochemical and molecular mechanisms of toxicity agents.

Upon successfully completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Read and critically evaluate scientific papers
  • Assess new methodological approaches in the area of biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology and genomics
  • Analyze pathways of toxicity at the molecular, cellular and tissue levels
