Course Learning Objectives

Upon successfully completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Describe the construction of the principal cellular macromolecules
  • Analyze the forces that determine the three-dimensional structure of these molecules in aqueous solution
  • Relate the structures of macromolecules to their functions
  • Identify the methods used to study these questions in detail.
